REMOTE LEARNING

Remote learning allows teachers to deliver their lessons online, and students can complete assignments, projects, and assessments just like they would in the classroom. This will create an opportunity for students and teachers to interact online and allows students to continue learning subjects and material that are a key part of their curriculum.

TeachHub

TeachHub is a portal to support students and teachers. The portal provides quick links to:

  • iLearnNYC, the Summer School 2020 online learning platform 

  • Student report cards (available in the Student Documents icon)

  • Multiple educational applications

  • G Suite, Microsoft O365, and Zoom (using secure central accounts)

Logging In

  • Students must sign in with their DOE Student Accounts

  • Teachers must sign in with their DOE credentials

  • School-issued G suite accounts will not work, you must use the DOE log in.

iPad Support

For anyone who has a DOE-loaned iPad that is experiencing problems here is a helpful tip..

To ERASE and RESTORE your iPad follow the instructions in this video.

The entire process will take about 60 minutes to complete. All of the apps will install themselves.
